事の発端は
とある金曜日の食事前、
友達が「納豆って食べたことある？」
食べたことがないと言うと。
友達「じゃあ、いまから納豆デビューや」
俺は、てっきりチェーン店系の食事処で食べると思っていたら
友達「折角、初めて納豆を食べるなら産地に行かなアカンやろ？
納豆と言えば？」
俺「水戸納豆？」
友達「よし、水戸に行こう」
急遽、新幹線の切符を買って宇都宮まで行って
宇都宮で一泊して朝、レンタカーで水戸市まで
道中、食べログで調べていると
「割烹 魚政」さんを見つけお邪魔しました。
予約なしで飛び込みで行ったのですが
なんとか、カウンター席が空いてるそうで
案内してもらえました
「水戸 梅まつり」開始日だったらしくお客さんは結構いました。
早速メニューをみて、
「納豆御膳」 ２０００円をオーダー。
納豆御膳
・いか納豆
・なっとう天ぷら
・煮物
・ご飯
・味噌汁
・漬物
いか納豆は
いかの刺身と納豆を一緒に食べる感じでした
食感はコリコリとして納豆が苦手な人でも食べられるかも
でもイカが苦手な人は無理かも
なっとう天ぷら
普通にサクサクの美味な天ぷらでした。
煮物
しっかりと味がしみ込んでいてこれまた美味。
お店の人と世間話をしていたら
納豆に切り干し大根をいれた「そぼろ納豆」なるものを教えてもらいました。
水戸市限定？らしく帰り道にスーパーを探し
探してみると納豆コーナーにあったので買って帰りました。
また水戸市に行った時には
お邪魔しようと思います
