気軽に駅近であんこう料理を楽しむにはいいんじゃないでしょうか。
あんこうコースを注文しましたが、結構お腹一杯一杯でした。
注文した日本酒の十王蔵は甘い香りで後味の雑味が甘めでした。
あんこうの供酢は、お酢の味が強く、味噌をつけたら味噌の味と上手いこと相殺しあって良い感じになっていました。
唐揚げはちょっと食べづらかったです。弾力がありすぎて噛みきれなかったんです。
あん肝豆腐は美味しかったです。まろやかだけれどくどすぎません。
あんこう鍋の味噌はもうちょっと濃くてもいいかもしれません。あんこうサラダや唐揚げのときに感じていたプルプル感はあまり感じられず。部位が違うのでしょうか。
