今シーズン話題の『コラーゲン鍋』を食べてみようということで。。。
自宅ではコラーゲン鍋作って食べてみたことあるけど、こういうお店の鍋は初めてでした。
2人前を注文したのですが、ほかにも何品か注文していたこともあり、結構な食べ応えのあるお鍋でした。
鍋の中にドーンと凍ったコラーゲン玉？と、フルフルのジュレのようなコラーゲンが入っていて、コンロで加熱していくうちに溶けてゆくという仕組みでした。
味の方は、塩味ベースの美味しい鍋でした。好みの問題でしょうが、ちょっと塩辛かったかな、、、。
デザートのフォンダンショコラはあつあつで、冷たいバニラアイスが添えられてとても美味しかったです。
