This is a store I've always wanted to visit. A friend of mine made a reservation for me, but since I can't drink alcohol, I felt a bit hesitant. I was able to tell them that I couldn't drink when I made the reservation, and the staff was very considerate, which made me feel at ease from the start. At good restaurants, they recommend wine, but since I can't drink it, I always feel apologetic and curious, but they also suggest about 5 types of non-alcoholic drinks, which I'm very grateful for. It was. It was a 7,200 yen course, but the locally produced ingredients were prepared in a way I had never eaten before, so I really enjoyed each dish and was able to spend a relaxing and blissful time. In particular, the brown bear ragu sauce was exquisite. I was worried about the smell of game meat, but it doesn't have any odor at all, and I would probably believe it if someone told me it was beef. It is said that they are getting it from a female matagi in Hokkaido who is very good at processing it and is so popular that it is difficult to get hold of it. Everything was carefully prepared and delicious.
