はじめての水戸、宿泊するホテルの目の前にあったこの居酒屋に入ってみましょう。
口開け直後におじゃましました。
外観からしてもけっこう巨大な店舗
なのにご夫婦２人と息子さん１人だけで大変だなってのが第一印象
そりゃあパートとバイトさん募集するわって率直に思いました。
カウンターは特等席
ガラス越しでも、その鮮度の良さは手に取るようにわかる。
ネタケースに入れられた頭（カシラ）つきの魚の陳列は、居酒屋でもあまりお目にかかれない。
ホウボウ コチ イサキ 初夏はもうそこまで来ていますね。
黒板に書かれた種類を見て、おもいっきり目移り、迷ってしまいます。
まだ開店直後だからってのもあるけど、ご主人の手際のよさときたらもう
カキの殻開けの音がその証ってほど
お酒でノドが潤されているのに、その音が耳に入ればおもわず生唾を飲み込みそう
ぬる燗に焼きたてのプルンとした厚焼玉子がシメ
ちょっとの短い間でしたが、この居酒屋の魅力を堪能できたような気はしています。
