2015年10月創業の株式会社鳥吉水戸が運営する炭火焼鳥専門店。
新鮮な鶏肉を毎日一本一本串打ちし、注文が入ってから炭火で焼き上げる焼き鳥が売り。
ディナータイムの営業がメインですが、祝祭日を除く月曜から木曜の11時から14時のランチタイムは営業。

＜料理＞
■チキン南蛮ランチ…税込700円
チキン南蛮にご飯と味噌汁、小鉢が付くランチメニュー。
注文してから7分程で配膳。
チキン南蛮と言えばむね肉の一枚肉が基本というイメージで、実際チキン南蛮発祥の店とされるおぐらでいただいたものはむねの一枚肉を使用したものでしたが、こちらのチキン南蛮は、鶏もも肉のから揚げに甘酢とタルタルソースをかけたタイプ。
まぁ、焼鳥屋なのでね。
から揚げは1個30g程と思われるものが6個。
片栗粉ベースの衣をまとった薄味のから揚げで、揚げたてなので衣はサクサク、もも肉なのでジューシー。
山盛りの千切りキャベツと水菜、ニンジン入りのサラダが添えてあるのも嬉しい。
小鉢はニラ入りの厚焼き玉子。
若干みりんが効き過ぎに感じましたが、これは好みの問題。
副菜の割にボリュームがあり嬉しい。
味噌汁も水菜やニンジン、長ネギ、油揚げ入りと具沢山。
外食だと野菜不足になりがちなので、野菜がしっかり取れるこの献立は嬉しい。
期待していたチキン南蛮と違い最初はガッカリ感があったものの、いただいてみたら悪くないランチでした。
