こちらはこの道35年の料理人が腕を振るう日本料理店。
カウンター席とテーブル席の間には生け簀があり、落ち着いた雰囲気。
平日ランチタイムの訪問で、ご主人と女性2名の3名体制。
ランチメニューは店頭にあるホワイトボードに出ており、
店内にはメニュー表がないので注意。

＜料理＞
■日替わり定食…ランチパスポート価格税込540円（通常価格税込864円）
ランチパスポート使用で選べるこの日の献立は、
・豚ロース生姜焼き（マグロ納豆 又 冷奴付）
・肉じゃが（カキフライ、イカフライ盛付）
・焼魚 サバの一夜干（ワラサ刺身 又 海藻サラダ付）
の3種類。
元々はもう1種類（おそらく煮魚定食）あったようですが、
12時15分頃の訪問で売り切れでした。
選んだのは「焼魚 サバの一夜干（ワラサ刺身 又 海藻サラダ付）」で、
ワラサ刺身か海藻サラダはワラサ刺身でお願いしました。
焼魚は注文を受けてから焼き始めるので、焼き上がりまで少々時間がかかります。
時間に余裕のない方は、
すぐに出てくる料理（この日の献立だと肉じゃが）を選択すると良いでしょう。
大きなお盆にのって出てきたのは、
・焼魚（サバの一夜干）
・ワラサ刺身
・出汁巻き玉子
・お浸し（白菜やニンジン等）
・ご飯
・味噌汁（キャベツ等）
・漬物（3種類）
・果物（リンゴ、ミカン）
と品数豊富。
サバは身がふっくらとした絶妙な焼き加減で、脂がのっていて美味しい。
このお値段のランチでもきちんと大根おろしも添えてあります。
また、サバがのるお皿の脇には厚さ1cm程にカットした出汁巻き玉子も盛り付けられており、
これがまたとても美味しい。
ゴボウやニンジン等の具入りで出汁をたっぷりと含んでおり、
口に含むとその出汁がじゅわ～っと染み出てきます。
その瞬間、そうだ…ここは定食屋ではないんだった…と。
ワラサの刺身は3切れ。
大根のツマと大葉が敷かれたところにワラサが綺麗に盛り付けられ、
その上には菊の花が。
とてもランチに付くお刺身とは思えない一品。
こちらもまた適度に脂がのっていて、美味しい。
ご飯は大盛りも可能なようで、盛り付ける際に量の確認がありましたが、普通盛りで。
ただ、繁忙期は確認もなく普通盛りとなるようなので、
大盛り希望の場合は注文時に伝えておいた方が良いかも知れません。
茨城県産コシヒカリを使用しているそうで、
粒が1粒1粒しっかりとしていて美味しい。
リンゴも蜜入りで、最後の最後まで楽しむことができました。
これで540円というのはCP良過ぎで通常価格（864円）でも十分お安いと思います。
