ゆず醤油つけそばをいただきました。
ラーメンデータベースで全国つけめん通算ランキング83位（2023年８月末時点）で写真を見た瞬間、見た目が美しく過ぎて訪問を決めたほど。
みなさん写真みてください！きれいすぎやしまへんかと！
水戸駅からバスで20分ほどですが、基本、車持ち客メインのようで20人待ちくらい？でしたが、思ったより回転は早く30分程度で着丼。念願のビジュにありつけました。
太麺は、ややヤワ。もっちり目。
つけ汁は甘辛醤油で、ざっくり言えば東池袋系大勝軒から酸味を抜いて、もう少し砂糖を引いた感じ。
全体的な印象として、なんとなく都内で近いのは三河島の「裏サブロン」かな。あそこほど甘くないけど。
柚子は最初ガツンとくるが、食べ進めると舌が鈍化してきたのか、そんな主張してこなくなった気がしてgood。柚子が強すぎると逆に食べづらいんですよね。
チャーシューはホロホロに崩れたのがちょこちょこで、あくまで太麺がメイン。うん。「麺一直」名前の通り。
できることなら塩も味噌も麻辣も全部たべたい！
この麺なら全幅の信頼を置いて他の味も試したくなる。
でも麺量が多いだけに腹パンで冒険もできず。
悔しい…できることなら、また３時間かけて東京から食べに行きたい…。
つけ麺好きで多少遠出しても構わないぜ！と思う弊社と同じ変態は是非（笑
