勝田マラソン後にひと風呂浴びて訪問。
ひたちなか市の漁港系回転寿司は帰り道と逆方向。
水戸市内で面白そうなお店を発見する。
・職人が握る100円均一回転寿司
・ネタが大きい
・水戸市内限定のチェーン
・食べログの評価も中々
外観は回転寿司。中も近代的な回転寿司。
注文はタッチパネル、配送は新幹線式のレーンで職人感がほとんどない。
〇うに 120円 安い！ 値段を考えると十分。こだわる人にはおすすめしません。
〇海鮮軍艦 120円 はまち、かんぱち系の角切りが乗る軍艦。これはどこで食べても外れなし。
・ネギトロ 120円 いつものネギトロ。いつものおいしさ。
・あんきも 100円 あんきもにうまみなくポン酢ジュレの酸味がきつい。マラソン直後だからか。
・白子 100円 完璧に火が入り、缶詰みたいなスカスカの食感かな。
・数の子 100円 安いが薄めかな。
・さより 100円 ネタが大きい……かな？？
職人感があったのはしゃりが人肌の温かさで、柔らかく握られているところ。
全体的に「大手の100円寿司」と大きく変わるところがなくて、味雰囲気共にかっぱや魚べいと
ほぼ互角の印象。ただ100円ネタの多さは大手を凌ぐので、CPの点で明確に差別化
できていると思う。メニューの多さと味付けの面白さではイチローとハマーに軍配。
