水戸で晩飯。お腹が空いているわけではないですが、晩飯難民になりそうだったので、量を調整できる回転寿司に。せっかくなので地場の回転寿司屋さんに行きました。
オーダーしたのは、えんがわ、ホタルイカ、あん肝、蒸し牡蠣、茶碗蒸し、炙りサーモンチーズ、生しらすで、1100円
お寿司は1皿100円〜で、職人さんが握っているというのが特徴です。お寿司は100円や120円、150円のお皿が大半でした。
お値段がリーズナブルなのもあり、ネタはやや小ぶり。生しらすやホタルイカはなかなか鮮度が良さそうな食感でした。
