麻布十番の老舗、クチーナ・ヒラタ出身のオーナーシェフ！水戸の地でトラディショナルな本物のイタリアンを味わえます！オペレーションもよく満席にも関わらずストレスフリーでした。素晴らしいリストランテです。
早い時間帯はカウンターに大工町ならではの客層がいるので、少し遅い目が吉。
一流のイタリアンがリーズナブルに食べられる。
使った値段は、料理＋酒1杯（＋デザート）の感じ。
茨城歴も大分長くなってきましたが、大工町あたりの探索はあまりしていないんですよ。
有名ところはだいたい行きましたが、未訪の店が多々あります。
その中の1つが、以前から気になっていたOttimoです...
パスタ屋でもピッツェリアでもダイニングバーでもなく、イタリアンです。
きちんとしたコースもいただけるし、アラカルトでちょっとつまむのもOK。
そしてお料理はきっちり美味しい。
