肉の下味がそれなりにスパイシーで
添付のソース無しでも
ごはんが美味しくいただけました
ソースは甘さ控えめの辛口な印象です
直径15cmのお茶碗に軽く盛られた白米は
硬めに炊かれていて好みでした
２口でした
お新香のキャベツの浅漬けも美味しかったです
（これでご飯半分イケます）
