今回の旅の目標店である「悠久」にお邪魔します。
大洗を代表する海鮮処で、平日にも係わらずオープン前から行列必至の人気店です。
InstagramやTwitterで素晴らしい投稿がとても目立っており、以前から是非食べてみたいと思っております。

並んで待っているとオープンのころには30名近い方々が並ばれております。
少し余裕を持って並ばれることをオススメします。
カウンターに案内され、オーダーを聞かれますが「まぐろどん!!」一択です。
予習では、鮪赤身と中トロ、トロ剥き身がこれでもかと並ばれています。
いざ、配膳されると正しくそれが提供されます。
ビジュアルがヤバいです!!
鮪のトロ具合が素晴らしいです。
口の中に運ぶと、トロけるようだとは正にこのことです。
鮪赤身は鮪本来の旨みを十分に楽しませてくれます。
CPも素晴らしいし、美味しいし、何も言うことがありません!!
本当に来て良かったと思える料理です。
店主さんが一人で調理されているので、配膳まで時間がかかりますが、それ以上に期待を裏切らない素晴らしい料理が提供されます。
平日でこの混雑では、休日はどんな感じなのでしょうか。
