I had heard that the monkfish market was closed last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but... This year, they didn't have any monkfish either, so we had to have pufferfish... I don't hate it, but I was really hoping for monkfish... lol Well, for the people who had made reservations in advance, something like Dorami being alone didn't affect the rest at all, lol We ended up with the pufferfish course without any problems... I don't hate pufferfish, do I? On the contrary, isn't it something that everyone would enjoy? ! So, the pufferfish course started! Taking into consideration the wishes of the people who had arranged and booked this restaurant, I helped myself to a bottle of shochu. I was hungry, so I ate the ponzu skin that came as an appetizer! I can't wait to see the melancholy? The fin sake cups with lids and the matches are so cute! lol The standard tessa (blowfish sashimi), followed by tetchiri (blowfish hotpot), and then the fried chicken in between, why is it so fragrant? I absolutely love fried fugu♡ It's like cheese? lol The fugu meat in the hotpot was also bouncy♡ The rice porridge also has a body that concentrates the flavor, and it's delicious to use as little water as possible, but I guess it's up to the restaurant to make things like scrambled eggs, and the amount of spoonful and the amount of pot. The sweet potato tempura for dessert was excellent♡ Thank you for the meal☆彡 Even though we started eating and drinking early? ! The shochu bottle was empty, so I gulped it down... I have to move early tomorrow morning, so will it be okay? ! (No, I drank too much away from home! lol) lol When will I be able to enjoy hanging monkfish slices in Oarai next time...
