煮干しラーメンのお店に行ってきました。
12:00〜OPEN
11:50に到着し8名ほど並んでいました。
店内はカウンター席のみ7席のお店です。
店内で食券を買って(現金のみ)おみせの外で30分程度待ちました。
煮干しそば醤油とトムヤムクン煮干しそばを注文。
替玉も４種類(300円)あって食べ終わるタイミングを見計らってカウンターで現金をお支払いして注文してください。
座って間もなくトムヤムクン煮干しそばが登場！
チャーシュー、紫玉ねぎ、フライドオニオン、レモンがトッピングされクセがないスープ。辛味もちょうど良い。
煮干しそばはスープの色がグレー。チャーシューと海苔のシンプルな見た目。間違いなさしの美味しさでした♪
替玉も食べてみたいなぁ。

前回はトムヤムクンそばをいただいたので、今日はお店一推しの煮干しそばをいただきました。
スープはとても煮干しの香りが効いたあっさりそば。麺は硬めんでチャーシュー厚切りでとても柔らかいので感動しました。
今日は思い切って替玉を注文。煮干し玉をいただきました。
煮干し粉がブレンドされていてとても美味しかったです
