I was on a short trip and it was within walking distance from my hotel, so I dropped in. I called before 8pm and it was open, so I arrived with the afterglow of my trip♪ The reservation hadn't been communicated to the staff, but the chef noticed right away and we were able to enter the restaurant smoothly. While drinking the appetizer and a lemon sour from Kodawari Sakaba, which I've been hooked on recently, I looked at the menu and ordered today's recommendation, "1 serving of sashimi platter", "2 raw rock Oyster", and "Oyster Tempura". A little while later, the staff came and asked, "There are rock Oyster on the platter. What would you like?" I was impressed by how well they worked together☆ The sashimi platter was delicious and I was also happy to be able to eat sea urchin. The rock Oyster were a little small but creamy. Tempura by the tempura. It was my first time eating Oyster Tempura, but if you go, you should definitely try it!! In my landlocked prefecture, you can't find Tempura as delicious as Oyster?! I forgot the name, but the local sake was more plentiful than I expected and easy to drink. I also had Tempura, which, as the restaurant name suggests, Tempura excellent. I was able to chat lightly with the chef when paying the bill, and was able to return to my accommodation in a good mood. If you feel like you're going home, it will leave a bad impression. I wonder if the part-time staff are well trained? It's completely different from a typical Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) (lol and fish). Thank you for the meal!
