昼食に寄りました。12時ちょい過ぎに到着しましたが、すでに満席で、店内で10分ほど待ちました。
注文したのは私が「辛みそもりそば」、連れが「ミソらーめん」。
「辛みそもりそば」の着丼後、まずは一口スープを啜ると、クリーミーで濃厚な味噌味＆煮干し系のコクと同時に甘みが。そしてその後、酸味と辛みが通り抜けていきます。これは美味しい！辛さもほどほどで癖になりそうな味です。
食べながら「麺量アップしとけば良かったなぁ」と思いました。少々値が張りますが、また食べたい味です。ご馳走さま！
