こんな場所に お蕎麦屋さん。
住宅街の中 ひっそり 佇んでいます。
駐車場には 沢山の車。
人気店なのが わかります。
平日の13時。
諦めようかと 思っていたら、丁度 一巡目が 終わったのでしょう。
お店を後にする 車が多く 訪問 出来ました。
自家製粉の十割蕎麦専門店。
“ 挽きたて・打ちたて・茹でたて ”
注文が入ってから打つ という 十割蕎麦は 地下水で仕上げ、天麩羅で使用する 季節の野菜は 契約農家からの減農薬、無添加の自家菜園のものを 提供 という拘りの お蕎麦屋さん なんだそう。
テーブルと椅子が 置かれた 畳の部屋への案内。
最近は この スタイルが 多くなりましたね。
色々ある セットメニューの 中から 特に おススメの ランチメニューは ２種類。

歯応えがあって、コシを 感じます。
そば粉の粒子の ザラザラした 舌触り。
ボリュームも良し。
美味しい お蕎麦 です。
そして ここに お楽しみが プラス ♪
本日の おまかせセットには 大好きな “ 栗ご飯 ”。
ほくほくとした 栗。
ほんのり塩味の シンプルな 味付け。
まさに 秋のご馳走 です。
そして、２種類の小鉢。
“ 鶏むね肉と さつま芋の 甘酢あん ”
鶏むね肉なので あっさり。
さつま芋の甘さが 甘酢あんに よく合います。
“ モロヘイヤと ぶりの 和えもの ”
ミョウガが 効いています。
これは 好みの 一品。
さらりとした 蕎麦湯で 最後まで 満足な お蕎麦ランチを 楽しみました。
口コミでも この とくとくランチが 気になります。
特に 旬の食材を 使った かわりご飯の 美味しそうなこと♪
