December 30th (Thursday) Today is the day shift. After 11 o'clock, I will go out for lunch. I went to a couple of shops that seemed to be open, but they weren't, so I'm getting nervous (^◇^;) Many of them are closed earlier than I expected, haha. I don't know what to do, but time is running out. . I managed to find ``Charcoal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) / Korean Cuisine Hanari'' near Amakubo Park (-_-;) This place is very convenient and has a large parking lot. The slope at the entrance is quite steep, so please be careful if you have a low vehicle. At 11:45, I entered the store... There were about 3 groups of customers ahead of me. When I asked her, ``I'm alone, are you okay?'' she replied, ``It's okay.''Thank you very much♪ I'm happy (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) However, I asked her to sit wherever she wanted. As I was told, there are only 4 seats... I'm really sorry, I'm really sorry. Check out the menu! There are 10 types on the menu, and there doesn't seem to be any ``beef tendon stew''. ``Cheese Dakgalbi'' would have been nice, but I'll go with ``Bulgogi''♪ ``Bulgogi'' is 1,100 yen (tax included) and comes with rice, seaweed soup, and radish kimchi. I ordered a large serving of rice for free. It arrived in about 10 minutes♪ Wow, it's quite a portion. I'll have it right away. Yes, the meat has a sweet, gentle flavor, and the addition of vermicelli, onions, and carrots makes it even sweeter (●´ω`●) There's plenty of meat, and the rice goes on and on, and you can't stop. (^◇^;) There was a lot of rice, but there was so much bulgogi that it wasn't enough (⌒-⌒; ) The radish kimchi was also delicious (*´Д`*) Bulgogi, rice, This is an endless loop of radish kimchi. The wakame soup is so delicious (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) It has a slightly salty and strong taste, but it is a taste that you will become addicted to. Thank you for the treat. "Hanari" means "pot" in Korean. This ``hanari'' is used to marinate kimchi and also serves as a ``storage'' for preserving ingredients. The name of the restaurant reflects the idea of ``taking care of food.'' The owner is from South Korea and took over the restaurant, which was originally run by her older sister, and is now run by her husband and wife. Before the coronavirus pandemic, famous celebrities sometimes came incognito. Since it is close to the area of the University of Tsukuba School of Sports Studies, famous Korean athletes also seem to visit during matches. If you are interested, please check it out...They say they will be closed until the 3rd for New Year's Day.
