この日は他にも本めぬけが入荷していて
もの凄く迷いましたが ギンポの方を選びました
ギンポ(銀宝)といえば 天ぷらが有名ですが
今日のギンポはそれとは少し種類が違う ボウズギンポです
脂がのっていて 炙った方が美味しいと言われますが
炙っていない方もかなり好みでした
