路上駐車をしないように注意 |
平日の13:30頃到着。春休み期間中のため学生さんが多く、少々並びましたが10分程度で着席できました。
注文したのは「煮干蕎麦（塩・細麺）」。焼豚は炭火焼きを選択。
そして着丼。何はさておき見た目が綺麗です。味のほうも見た目に負けず、煮干しの風味をしっかり残しつつも、苦味やえぐみのないすっきりした味わいです。シンプルな塩味とともにパツパツの細麺に絡んでとても美味しいです。
また、今回改めて思ったのですが、焼豚が大きく、抜群に美味しいですね。スープとも良く合いました。店の雰囲気、コスパも良く、また来たくなるお店です。ご馳走さま！
