It's not that they use a lot of high-quality ingredients, but it's a restaurant where you can eat delicious food that the chef has put a lot of effort into at an excellent value for money. The name Bistro fits perfectly, and I was smiling from the first hors d'oeuvre. The chicken liver pate is the perfect combination of fat that melts in your mouth and bread. The smoothness of the liver is simply wonderful. The sweet potato soup I ordered as an additional order was also delicious. It brought out the goodness of the base soup while beautifully bringing out the gentle sweetness and flavor of the sweet potato. When I heard it was sweet potato soup, I thought at first not to order it because I didn't want it to be too sweet, but I was right to order it. This was also delicious. And the main dish, cassoulet, was far more delicious than the cassoulet I had at the auntie's boarding house when I went to France (lol). Above all, the sausages were incredibly delicious, and the XX my companion ordered was also excellent. In fact, it was so filling that I was full halfway through the main course. This amount of deliciousness and volume is amazing!! The dessert was also the best. This is a restaurant that really serves delicious food that took a lot of effort. I'll definitely be back!!
