人気店でかなり待ち時間ありましたが、そのまま、味変、追い飯、お茶漬けといろんな食べ方で最後まで楽しめるお店でした。
休日13:10頃の訪問、入店待機列には15人くらい並んでいました。中待ち合いで注文して、着席着丼まで1時間と少しです。
注文は
油そば肉のせ並盛 1150円
無料トッピング 刻みにんにく 自家製食べるラー油

一口ごはん 50円
肉は肉味噌になっているひき肉と、ほぐし肉の2種類載っています。熱いうちにしっかりタレと絡めると、太微ちぢれ麺をよく染めてくれます。
麺は半分近くをなにも入れずに、その後食べるラー油を半分、刻みにんにくを半分ずついれ味変して食べました。
麺をすべて食べたあと、そこそこ肉などの具材が残るので、追い飯投入、ここで残しておいたラー油とにんにくも追加します。
お口直しスープとして出される鶏ガラ醤油のあっさりスープを加えてお茶漬けとして食べることもできました。
待ち時間も多く、油そばも決して安価な方ではないですが、その価値を工夫次第で最大限に楽しむことができるお店だと思います。
