つくばのはりけんラーメンさんを訪問。
食べログのラーメン百名店にも掲載されています。
日曜日の18:30頃に訪問。
外待ち4名。
先に食券を買って並びます。
濃厚魚介豚骨ラーメン(950円)
特製トッピング(300円)
をチョイス。
テーブル席もあって席数が多いので回転は早め。
家族連れも多いようです。
着席してすぐさま着丼。
メンマは穂先メンマ。美味しいですよね。
チャーシューはほろっほろ。
麺は中太麺で濃厚な魚介豚骨スープがしっかり絡みます。
スープはけっこう粘度高め。
濃厚で美味しい。
