筑波エキスプレス 研究学園駅前のつくば店にお邪魔
会社の同僚はこちらの六本木店に行ったことがあるらしく、
「和田アキ子さんに会った、焼酎１本プレゼントしてくれた。 思ったほど大きくない」 と聞いては居りましたが、小生は初めてのお邪魔。
小奇麗な店内 お昼は女性の方中心で結構満席に近い。 駅の人通りの雰囲気からはちょっとビックリ。
上品な関西風の味！ 少し甘めのうどんつゆ！ 全体的にＧｏｏｄです。
かすうどん御膳
かすうどん？ って
と思い、以下Ｗｉｋｉｐｅｄｉａより
大阪の南河内地域で食べられてきたうどん。だしの中に、細切れにした脂の乗った牛の小腸（ホルモン）を油で揚げた「油かす」が入っており、独特の風味がする。大阪市内では2000年代に入ってから、このうどんを出す店が増えている
と。 小生「やっぱり。 ホルモンの細切れだったもんなあ」
でもあっさり味（関西風）にこの”かす”の多少の脂っこさがなんともイケる！
七味 も粉じゃなく ねった ネリ七味 一工夫されてます。
このうどんに、サラダ、小鉢（ごま豆腐、きのこの炊き合わせ、ポテトサラダ）がついています。
これらも なかなか の一品たちです。
珈琲つき！ カップも洒落てます。
西麻布店もいってみよ と思いましたです。
