2019/12訪問
週末のお昼に同胞が予約してくれ、訪れました。
つくばエクスプレスの研究学園駅の駅前のホテルの1階にあります。
入り口の扉と床に和田アキ子の手形及び足形があります(笑) デカイです…
個室でいただきました。
menuはいくつかありますが、同胞がオススメの
●筑波山麓育ち！紫峰牛のひつまぶし
(甘味を抹茶フォンデュに変更)
を注文しました。
まず、小さなすり鉢に入った胡麻が提供されました。これには説明がありません…
その後、程なくして提供されました。
テーブルの上に“ひつまぶしの食べ方の説明書き”があります。
名古屋のうなぎのひつまぶしと全く同じです。
ただ、うなぎではなく牛肉です。

いただきました。
牛肉は時雨煮のような味付けですが、時雨煮ほどは濃くなくて味加減もちょうど良く、美味しいです。
芸能人プロデュースだと、名前だけで味が今ひとつなことが多い印象がありますが、こちらのお店のお料理はそんなことはなく、純粋に美味しかったです。
“牛肉のひつまぶし”は初めて食べましたが、うなぎから置き換えてここまで違和感がないことに驚きました。
最後の甘味を抹茶フォンデュに変更していますが、濃厚な抹茶フォンデュに果物を浸して食べた後、そこにミルクを注いで抹茶ラテとして飲むようになっています。
ボリュームも適度にあり、味も良く、それでこのお値段はかなりお得に思いました。
次の機会には別のmenuにも試してみたいと思います。
