前日の夜中に札幌から戻って昼メシです。この日は麺休日です。ってか、ラーメン以外の物が食べたい（笑）
という訳でつくば市竹園の『マヤデビ』さん。牛久の『DIPKA』と並ぶインドネパールカレーではお気に入りのお店です。
今回は何故か札幌でスープカレーが食べれなかったので、この日はカレーが食べたかった！（笑）２種類のカレーが楽しめるハーフ&ハーフのセットにしました。カレーは「チキンマサラ」と「サグマッシュルーム」に決定！激辛でお願いしました。
こちらのお店のスタッフは全員ネパール人。もちろんコックさんもネパールの方です。竹園ってつくばの中でも、富裕層が多く住む街とか？（笑）セレブが通うカレー屋さん。この店好きですね。
まずは日曜日恒例の昼ビール（笑）インドの「キングフィッシャー」です。ちょっと甘い地ビールみたいな味わい。あまり冷えてないのもネパール流（笑）美味いなぁ。
チキンマサラカレーは、この日の日替わりカレーです。サグマッシュルームカレーです。これが一番のお気に入り（笑）
ワンプレートでサラダがつきます。独特のドレッシングです。焼き立てのナンとサフランライスです。お代わり自由です。スパイシーなカレーの香りとナンのバター香りが堪らない。
チキンのコクと、スパイシーな香り、刺激的な辛味が素晴らしい。ほうれん草のカレー。この味わいは専門店じゃないと出ないです。メチャ美味い。
サフランライスも良く合います。鶏肉。しっかり煮込んであります。ナンをお代わりしました。焼き立てのナンって美味いですよね～。
〆はラッシーです。カレーをスッキリ洗い流してくれます。つくばはインドやネパールの方がたくさん住んでいて、本場のインド・ネパール料理のお店がたくさんあります。
