夜勤明けの日勤でございます。朝は昨日セブンで買ったサラダのみ、お昼に備えました(^◇^;)
お昼は約1ヶ月ぶりになります〝蕎麦行脚〟に行きたいと思います。つくば市春日にありますこちらの「いの瀬 凛」さんにお邪魔致します。場所は西大通りにある「デニーズ」さんの奥、自動車教習所の北側あたりの住宅街の一角ですね。お店の隣に砂利の駐車場があります。
お昼は11時半より、少し前に到着しますと先客が2組いらっしゃいます。遅れて中に入ると女将さんらしき方に…「1人なんですが大丈夫ですか？」と低姿勢で聞きますと「大丈夫ですよ！」と案内された先が小上がりの個室であります(ﾟωﾟ) 良いのかなぁと思いながらもとりあえず失礼致します(^◇^;) 狭いのも嫌ですが広すぎるのも居心地悪いですよね笑 その昔、添乗員をやっている頃に箱根のホテルで100畳はある大宴会場に1人で寝たことを思い出しました笑笑
「贅沢天丼・十割そば」1,380円税抜き
おぉっなかなか上品な感じのビジュアル！天丼の器も丼でなく刺身盛り合わせなんかに使うような器であります。先ずはお蕎麦をいただきたいと思います。十割そばではありますが風味、香りはもう少し欲しい感じ(^◇^;) ただ喉越しは素晴らしく良くなかなか美味しいお蕎麦であります。続いて天丼、海老が2尾乗っていてとても贅沢な感じです。何より嬉しかったのは半熟玉子の天ぷらが隠れていたことです∑(ﾟДﾟ) タレが濃いめでしたのでこの半熟玉子がとても美味しかったです(●´ω｀●) 他にもしそに舞茸、茄子、蓮根、白身魚と多彩なラインナップ！贅沢というだけあってなかなか美味しい天丼でありました(*´Д｀*) ただタレがちょっと掛かり過ぎ(^^;; 自分はご飯に染みるほどのタレが掛かっているのが苦手（牛丼でいうツユだく）であります。ご飯には上っ面に少し掛かっている感じがBest！ご飯は箸で持って崩れない感じが好きであります(^◇^;) スプーンが付いていたのは良心的ですが…また完食直前に見計らったように届いた蕎麦湯、これがまた美味でありました( ^ω^ )
御馳走さまでした。女将さんのオーダーの声を聞いてますとやはりみなさん、10食限定の松花堂膳を頼む方が多いようであります。機会があれば自分も試してみたいと思います。
