This is a small restaurant started by a couple, inspired by the Basque Country, a gastronomic city that straddles Spain and France. In the two years since we opened, we've been operating under the the
...me of `` Restaurants in the mountains of the French Basque Country,'' but now we're not limited to the French side, and instead serve as a ``fun Basque bar/bar,'' offering tapas and pintxos that change daily. We have a wide range of menu items, including lamb, local Ibaraki pork, homemade sausages, and offal dishes. Of course, we are particular about wine, but we also have cocktails that are popular at European bars such as Pastis Soda (herbal liqueur + honey lemon + soda) and Calimocho (cola + red wine), as well as lemon sour made with homemade honey lemon, and the owner's favorite.
