What is Gangan Yaki?

Gangan-yaki is a seafood dish taught directly to fishermen, in which Seafood is stuffed into a can and grilled over an open flame.

How to open Oyster in the shell

Place the oyster with the bulging side (top shell) facing down. Place the flat side of Oyster facing up. The adductor muscle of Oyster is located "roughly where the red circle is." If you can remove this adductor muscle from the shell skillfully, you can shuck Oyster surprisingly easily. *This product is not intended to be preserved. Please eat it immediately.
