つくば市桜運動公園にオープンした和食のお店
オープンと言っても居抜き店舗で、失礼ながら過去何店舗かオープンしては閉店を繰り返している場所
冒頭から失礼な紹介となりましたが、過去何店舗かあったお店も、けっして美味しくなかった訳ではなく、むしろ美味しく感じていたお店だったので、場所的な問題もあるかと思ってます

配膳は手際よくなかなか早い
鯛ラーメンは、単品に漬物くらいかなって思って注文したんだけど、小海鮮丼に、サラダ、小鉢2品、デザートが付いていて、こりゃCP良すぎ！
まずは鯛ラーメンいきますか
お〜スープが、めちゃくちゃ和風鯛出汁！
最近ラーメン店で見かける鯛ラーメンとは違う本格的な和出汁のスープだね
こりゃ食べる価値あり
続いて中細やや縮れ麺
これが、たっぷりトッピングされたとろろ昆布がからんで美味いんだな〜
スープに浮かんだ胡麻の相性も良し
味玉も美味い
さあ、小海鮮丼も食べちゃおう
ネタはお刺身の端っこのような物ですが、これで十分
いやむしろサクッと食べれるのがいいよ
小海鮮丼をかっこんで、箸休めに小鉢のおから、浅漬けをいただきます
う〜んどっちも美味しい
デザートをいただいたら、大満足ですね
