A hideaway Japanese-style meal where you can casually enjoy fresh fish and seasonal ingredients - Private rooms also available
A restaurant where you can casually enjoy Japanese-style meal has opened in front of Tsukuba City Sakura Sports Park (former Sakura City Hall). We are confident in the freshness and taste of the seafo |
I had been here before and the sashimi was delicious, so I made a reservation for a luxurious lunch for 3,500 yen (tax included) to celebrate a friend's employment. We were shown to a private room and ate quietly. The sesame tofu appetizer was very elegant, accented by the salmon roe. The Tempura in the basket-set sashimi was melt-in-the-mouth and sticky. The salmon was sweet and melt-in-the-mouth. The crispy tempura was served with salt. The sweet potato was also delicious. The sticky pork shabu shabu-shabu shabu was made with bonito broth, and the pork had a rich flavor and a nice aroma. It was also surprising. The broth was delicious as it was. It was even better to put the broth from the pot in a barachirashi and make it into hitsumabushi. The fresh seafood and the carefully prepared dishes were delicious. This may be the best sashimi in Tsukuba. The sashimi platter on the evening menu is also recommended.
