I went to the pasta house "Magari" near the Expo Commemoration Park station with a bottle. I always thought it was a car dealer until I realized it was Restaurants. A shop that somehow gives off a unique atmosphere. This is Restaurants with the concept of ``a social experimental laboratory for the next generation of food,'' and it seems to be experimenting with the following.・Operated using 100% renewable energy ・Using ingredients produced within the prefecture ・Introducing electronic ordering and cashless payments (Please see the store's website for details.) Therefore, orders can be placed from the website by scanning the QR code. The first thing the clerk brought me was a Neapolitan dish called ``zeppola'' and bread. While eating this, I slowly choose the menu. By the way, if you think you can get as much bread as you want and eat it all, you won't be offered any more, and the bread will be over soon~ (^_^;) The basic courses are "magari" for 2400 yen and "speciale". There are two for 3,600 yen, and this time I chose the speciale. The appetizer is ``scallop and squid ceviche.'' The salad is made with cubic cucumbers and is refreshing and delicious. For the pasta, the two of us chose 2 items that didn't have a charge. Me and Obin definitely liked the tomato sauce more than the red sea bream ragu tagliolini, and it was really delicious. Springy al dente. The two of us chose two main dishes with no additional charge.The red sea bream was delicious. The pork and pineapple sauce went well together, but I guess I like the quality of the pork. Lastly, we had coffee and dessert. Both the panna cotta and milk Gelato desserts were delicious. The milk Gelato was especially delicious. The coffee is deep and a little bitter. Is the cafe au lait in the parent bottle correct? However, I ended up feeling a little unsatisfied overall.
