『雛祭り』
初めての料亭ですＯ（≧∇≦）Ｏ
大正初期の七段飾りのお雛様がお出迎え。

土浦の雛祭りに合わせて用意された、雛祭り点心を頂くことに。

カウンター越しに、料理人の仕事を見ながら、時には会話を楽しむ割烹とは違って、腕を振るった美味しい料理が運ばれて食事を楽しみます。
どんな方が どんな仕事をしているのかしら(o_0)
つくしや桜の花の塩漬けなど春を感じさせる食材が、可愛らしい。
もちろん、雛祭りの定番“はまぐりのお吸い物”も美味しかったです。
“鮭の西京焼き”は、桜の葉の塩漬けに包まれ、まさに『道明寺』のよう(＊´v`＊)
春、雛祭り…たくさんの思いが詰まった、かわいいお弁当を頂いた気分です♪
今回は、サービス価格のため大広間でのお食事でした。
個室にて、庭園を眺め、ゆっくり静かな時を過ごす……。
