「百景社アトリエ祭 まちなかコラボ企画 土浦まちなかリーディングin霞月楼」にてお邪魔致しました。
霞月楼さんは明治22年創業。ツェッペリン伯爵やリンドバーグ夫妻、山本五十六、吉田茂も訪れた老舗料亭だそうです。うわぁ。
食事会場は正面一番奥、中庭の向こうには茶室のような建物も見えます。
初めにセットされているのはミライ豚(味麗豚?)のハリハリ鍋。お肉は大きくて食べ応えがありました。つけ汁のもみじおろしも程好くて美味しかったですね。
松花堂弁当の中は豪華でしかもたっぷりしています。
・お刺身はヒラマサ(記憶が正しければ)
・焼き物はサワラ。爽やかな花レンコン 穏やかな優しい酸味はレモンかと思いましたが何でしょう?
・天ぷらの変わり種には、干し柿。他にシシトウ・ナス・エビの巻き物。
・梅を練り込んだ素麺には、トロロの上にキュウリもぱらり(細いグリーンはアオジソかも?) 梅の香りがほんのりとして、少～しだけ酸味がありさっぱりと頂きました。
・ワカメとタケノコの若竹煮。
他には箸休めやおつまみ的な物。クリームチーズを燻りガッコで包んだ物なんてのもありましたよ。
干しエビの混ぜご飯も美味しかったです。お漬物はちょっと経験の無い後味です。
デザートは、イチゴ・パイナップル・メロンのピーチジェリー掛け。フルーツは完熟、ジェリーもフルーツを邪魔しない優しい甘さでした。
量的にも男の方でもお腹一杯で満足したようです。味付けはどれも非常に上品。一緒に出掛けた連れは梅もチーズも苦手な人なのですが、どちらも大丈夫だったようですよ。お料理はその都度ご説明は頂きましたが、ちょっとした印刷物は欲しいですね。
それにしても今回は、貴重な経験でしたね。材料や味に驚きながら、五感が豊かになって行くのを感じました。簡単に来れるお店ではないですが、本当に素晴らしかったです。
食事の後には別室に移動して、茨城を中心に活躍する舞台女優 久保庭尚子さんの朗読をお聞きしました。
