週末のお昼は、ちょっと贅沢にお寿司でランチ。ネタが大きい「やぐら」さんの土浦店にお邪魔しました。つくばの本店より、こちらの方が高級な感じがします。
奮発してにぎり寿司の一番いいヤツ「白梅」をお願いしました。
ネタは、ウニ、中トロ、エビ、イクラ、穴子、巻き物は鉄火とマグロ。いずれもネタがデカくて、見た目が豪華です。お椀はとろろ昆布でした。
ネタはどれもこれも新鮮この上なし。握りひとつひとつが大きくて、とても美味しいし、食べた後の満足感、満腹感も十二分に味わうことが出来ます。
シャリにドカンとネタを乗せないと、田舎の庶民寿司としては不合格。ネタの大小でお寿司屋さんの良し悪しを判断したりしますから。って、少し言いすぎかな？すみません。そんな訳で、このお店は大手を振って大合格。
実はこの店のカウンター席が大のお気に入り。小上がりの踏み込みが、妙に落ち着くんです。良い作りのお店だと思います。
