霞ヶ浦の近くまでゴルフに来て、帰りにランチということで周辺を検索。ラーメンか天丼の2択で「ほたて」さんに決定。
まず建物は粋です。土浦城城下町(詳細は不明)の築数百年っぽい佇まい。そして年期の入った厨房、そして柱や梁。
本日頂いたのは上天丼。海老と帆立のかき揚げ、海老フライ。ごま油で揚げた天ぷらは良い香りで食欲が出ます。ただ個人的にはもう少し油をきって欲しいかな。歳なんで。そして天丼に付いているあら汁。これ豆腐がたっぷりで美味しい。
ゴルフ帰りに次もあり。
