土浦市真鍋にある大衆割烹のお店。
長崎県産のアジフライがとにかく人気で、とても美味しいと評判だ。
実際に注文してみると、わずか5分足らずでの提供となる。
すでに下処理を済ませているのだろう。
大きく見事なアジはカラッと揚がっていて、尚且つ食べた時の表面のサクサク加減。それから、中身のふわふわした食感と言ったら格別だ。
これが、4枚も出てくる。
すごい。
もつ煮込み(900円)は、比較的優しい味付けとなっている。
スープには泥系の濃厚さはなく、シャバシャバしている。あっさり薄味かと思えば、そうでもない。味付けはちゃんとなされているし、あまり目立たないようでしっかり効いてくる辛みが良い仕事をしてくれている。最後まで美味しく食べられた。
もちろん、一切の臭みもない。もつ自体もきちんと煮込まれているね。
なんとなく客層に労働者が多いのが分かる気がする。
どのメニューもおおよそ1000円前後で手を出しやすいしね。
