この日の昼メシは、土浦市真鍋の『喜代志』さんです。夜は居酒屋さんのランチ営業です。
ランチタイムは魚料理がオススメのようです。この日は長崎産の「アジフライ」がオススメのようですので、お願いしました。
５分ほどで「アジフライ定食」の登場。揚げたての大ぶりのアジフライがなんと４つも乗ってます。長崎産のアジ丸々２匹分です。
揚げたてですから、熱々で衣はサクサク。身は分厚くてホッコリしており、素材の新鮮さが良くわかります。加えてこのパン粉も凄いです。サクサクホッコリの絶品アジフライです。これはちょっとビックリです。
ソースや醤油、レモンで楽しんで、カウンターにあったマヨネーズもちょっと使ったりして…。サイズが大きいのが４枚もあるから、色んな味変が楽しめます。当然白ご飯がススミます。
総じて…
新鮮素材の絶品アジフライ定食です。
これだけ美味しいアジフライは久しぶりでした。この内容で1,100円という安価って凄いです。これならもう一つのオススメだった「カツオの刺身」や、他のメニューも凄いんでしょうね。
これは夜の居酒屋さんも気になりますが車じゃないと訪問無理地帯。誰か乗せてってくれないかなぁ〜（笑）
