朝食にラーメンを食べることを「朝ラー」と言いますが、朝食にマグロ丼なんで「朝マグ」です。
本日、土浦に用事があったために、自宅を早めに出て、24時間営業のここで朝食をとることにしました。
朝食ということでランチなどに比べても値段も割安。マグロ丼以外にも某牛丼チェーン店のような朝食メニューもあります。
とはいっても朝食をしている人は？
隣と前は一人で静かに晩酌ならぬ朝酌を。他のブースでは酔っぱらっている人さえいます。
車の運転ということもあるし、当然にノンアルコールを。
ウーロン茶でもいいのですが、ノンアルコールのカクテルもあるので「ノンアル モヒート」に。
味的にはアルコール入りでも、まったく同じ味なのでマドラーの頭に「０」の表示をして区別できるようにしてるそうです。
つまみのメニューを見ていたら、マグロ丼だけを食べて帰るきになれずオーダーを。
まずは「シーザーサラダ」。漁師風ということで、大きめに削った鰹節が一味彩りを添えています。
「漁港直送鮮魚の刺身」は名前は分かりませんが、多分？ポピューラな魚ではないと思います。でも口にモチモチと絡みつく感じで美味いです。三漁港の魚を日替わりで出すそうですが、何の魚か？なんて思いを巡らせてツマムというのもオツではないでしょうか。
そして、この店でなければなかなか食べれないので「鮪胃袋ポン酢」と「鮪卵の煮つけ」をオーダー。
鮪大きさになれば、脂ぎって大味になりそうなイメージがあります。でも実食は、味付けか？元々そうなのか？
諄くない、淡泊な味わいでした。
最後に大好物の「活さざえの刺身」を二人前でエンド。
確かに割烹などとは違いますが、素材重視。満足の料理、味でした。
夜は旬の料理。今ですと「鱧」など500円とか1000円クラスで食べられるメニューも増えます。
