家系ラーメンにしては細めのストレート麺で、この感じが私の中では初めての感じでした。
スープもかなりまろやかな感じで、表現が難しいのですが、これもなんか違う感じです。
家系は独自の香りがだいたいどこもあると感じていますが、こちらはそれも少ないと思います。
餃子は皮が非常にモチモチで、こだわりが感じられる餃子でした。
たまたま飛び込んだお店でしたが、新しい体験でした！
