2023年6月10日に正式オープンしたうなぎ処でただ来てうなぎを食べるのではなく、現在の鰻漁師や流通、お店が抱える問題をオーナーの麦藁村長とコミニケーションしながら天然うなぎを考え、味わい、感じる場所...
笠間の新栗まつりに出店が出ていたので買ってみました。
うなぎ屋さんですのでうな重などもありましたが栗ごはん500円です。
中の栗自体は美味しいですが量は少な目、ご飯も美味しく炊けてますが冷えてくる...
村長からの返礼品。こんなうなぎ食べた事な〜い。でか〜い。うま〜い。鰻のステーキや〜。行かなくちゃ。焦る。この先 日本の鰻界はどうなるんだろう。村長大好き、頑張って欲しい。ウナコンダご馳走様でございました。
