心を打つ蕎麦処へ、jazzが流れるちょっと小粋な蕎麦屋です。
茨城県産蕎麦粉使用。 |
友人に、実家が製麺屋さんをしている人がいて、その友人いわく、「美味しい蕎麦は、麺の色が緑がかっているんだよ」と言っていました。
一緒に「蕎麦がき」も頼んで、蕎麦が来るまでそれを食べて待っていました。「蕎麦がき」はここじゃなくっちゃ、って感じではなかったけれど、蕎麦の香りがして私は好きな一品です。これを食べると、作るのが簡単ということもあって、そば粉を買って家でも作ってみようかなという気持ちになります。
そうこうするうちに、本命の「鶏汁せいろ」が来ました。一成（「いちなる」と読みます）の蕎麦は、友人の言葉どおり緑がかっていたので、味には期待しました。ところがそれ以上に美味しかったのが、味噌仕立ての鶏汁の味でした。暖かい汁で味噌味、どんな味なんだろうと思って注文しましたが、蕎麦にとても合って、しかも初めての味、とても満足しました。
店の雰囲気はとても落ち着いているので、一人はもちろん家族や友人、或いは恋人と来るのもよろしいかと思いました。
