冷酒+カモ汁つけざる+小天丼

まずは冷酒\800をグビリ♪
カモ汁つけざる\950+小天丼\500を注文。
そばの盛具合はまずまず。
なぜか、上にはワカメ？
角が落ちてて楕円形になってる。
ここはこうゆう蕎麦なんかな？ｗ
カモ肉は焼き目はついてないが普通に柔らかかった。
ネギも焼き目があるのは２本だけ。
汁は普通の味。
小天丼は野菜、キス、エビで揚げ具合も味もGOOD。
これで￥500ならお得感はあるね。^^
蕎麦湯は普通に茹で釜からとったもの。
