金曜ランチ時、オープンと同時に訪問。天ざるそばをオーダー。ほどなく着丼。そばの麺はわりと固め。そば粉の香りも強くはないが、まぁまぁ美味しい。美味しかったのは海老の天ぷら。肉厚な海老の身がプリプリで衣がサクッと軽くて絶品。そばつゆだけではなく、天つゆが別についてるのも嬉しい。ご馳走さまでした。
