I decided to check out the store that I was interested in. It seems like it's a different restaurant from Otaka no Mori no Uo Uo. It's confusing. I don't really go around the store. It was a shame that the famous Toyama-grown toppings were out of stock and completely gone. Simmered tofu? Chawanmushi (chawan mushi) and rare tuna head meat skewers These two were the first things that caught my eye and ordered them. Chawanmushi has sashimi on top and is served with ponzu sauce. This is delicious. The rare skewers are so delicious that you'll want to eat a lot of them. At first I ordered a lot of things, but I was surprised that the soup came out slower than I expected. I was happy to be able to choose a small rice bowl, and the light ones were also nice. The grilled tuna cheek meat had a good texture and was exquisite. I'm generally not good at tuna (especially red meat). The inside of the roll was so tight that the roll came undone. It's probably not good for Sushi, but it's fine for eating. Overall, I think it ranks among the top conveyor belt Conveyor belt sushi restaurants. I would like to go again when the menu is available.
