午前中、守谷駅方面で所用を終え、ランチでお邪魔しました。駐車場には1/3程度の車が入っている状況で、雨が降り始めたせいかお客はそれほど入っていませんでした。
店内へ入るとカウンター席に案内されました。以前お邪魔したのは10年以上前でしたが、コロナの影響なのでしょうが、ずいぶん店内の造りが変わりましたね。それに回転寿司用のレーンがあっても、アブレットで注文。時代ですねぇ。今回は単品を頼まず、ランチメニューをお願いしました。
○魚平の贅沢盛り 1738円
いろいろ楽しみかったので、天然まぐろ中トロ、かんぱち、天然まぐろ上赤身、ほたて、芽ねぎ、北海生たこ、赤えび、ふっくら煮あなご、玉子、いくらの10貫の贅沢盛り。とりわけ、何が美味しかったと言われると、これが特に良かったというネタはなく・・・普通に美味しかったという感じ。これなら好きなネタを注文した方が満足感は高かったかも。
○あら汁 0円
ランチ時間に無料で提供しているあら汁。セルフサービスなので、自分で取りにいきます。具は魚のあら、だいこんににんじんです。あらの出汁がでていて美味しいあら汁でした。
「さかなや魚平」さんは焼肉の「平城苑」さんのグループでやられている寿司屋のようだが、値段がお高い回転寿司屋さんという印象でした。これなら、先週お邪魔した「か○き」さんの方がいいかなぁ。
