Bow cutlet set meal
A pork cutlet set meal restaurant that you will want to visit when you come to Toride. This time, I was hesitant to go with the thick-sliced loin cutlet, but decided on the bowkatsu because quality was more important than quantity. Last time I had it with salt, but this time I had it with ground sesame sauce. As expected, the meat is tender, flavorful, and very delicious. The flavor of the ground sesame matched well and was addictive. Eating the cutlet makes the rice go better. I end up having to refill it. You can also get a second helping of cabbage, so you can get a lot of vegetables. Compared to last time, it was delicious to eat with sauce, but I felt like I might prefer salt. I think I'll try the thick-sliced loin cutlet next time I come. Thank you for the meal.
家族で多く利用されている美味しいトンカツ屋さん
休日お昼12時30分頃に訪問。
家族連れも多く利用するトンカツ、ハンバーグのお店です。
小さい子供は難しいかも知れませんが、少し大きな子供や夫婦、親族などで利用されている方が多いような気がします。
ただ、ファミリー向けとはいっても味は侮れずクオリティが非常に高いと感じました。
私は塩カツ定食を注文、妻は煮込みハンバーグ定食とカニクリームコロッケ単品を注文。
ご飯は十六穀米にしました。
ご飯とキャベツはお代わり自由だそうです。
豚汁やお漬物も着いていてバランスがいいですね。
塩カツは三種類の天然塩が楽しめます。
ピンクソルトはほんのり優しい感じ、インカの白金は結構しっかりした塩味を感じられ、ヒマラヤ黒塩は硫黄の香りを仄かに感じました。
何と言ってもカツが衣ふわふわサクサクでお肉も程よく柔らかく非常に美味しかったです。
三種類の塩で味変を楽しみながらキャベツもお代わりして頂きました。
カツはランチ定食なら少しお安く頂けますが、上質な豚を味わうなら弓かつ、塩カツあたりが良さそうです。沢山食べる方ならジャンボカツが良いみたいですね。
ハンバーグも美味しいお店なので、こちらもオススメのようです。
美味しいカツをお腹いっぱい食べられ非常に満足でした。

午後1時過ぎ頃に訪問。
駐車場はほぼいっぱいくらいでしたが、丁度お昼に入ったお客さんが帰り始めるタイミングだったようで、会計をするお客さんが次々出てくる感じでした。
待合で10分程度待った後呼ばれました。
今回は塩カツを注文。
３種類の塩で味変出来るのが良いですね。
まずはピンクソルトで頂くととてもまろやかな塩味を感じながらカツを楽しめますね。
多少つけすぎてもしょっぱ過ぎず、丁度良く食べられます。
お肉も脂身と肉のバランスがとても良くて美味！
続いてインカの白金で頂くとこちらは粗塩でガツンと塩味が来る感じ。
これも好きですね。
最後はヒマラヤ岩塩。
温泉っぽい硫黄の香りがします。
塩はそこまで強くないです。
どちらかと言うと香りを楽しむ感じなので、これは好みが分かれるかなと。
でも、やっぱりカツが美味しいので、どの塩で頂いても美味しく食べられますね。
