出張帰りに一人で寄ってみました。
駅に着いたのが22時頃、雨も降っていたので
駅の近くのこの店にしました。
入店時、店内はカウンター、テーブル席ともほぼ
満席でした。
店内は、結構五月蝿くモクモクしていた。
料理は、九州酒場という名の通り、九州をイメージ
するものが大部分。
ビールはアサヒスーパードライとアサヒのプレミアム
二種類の生ビールをおいていた。両方とも飲んだ。
日本酒も何種類かあり日本酒も１杯いただいた。
九州酒場ということで芋焼酎ロックで〆た。
料理はチキン南蛮ではつまらないので、鶏天を注文。
あと、鉄板餃子と馬刺しをいただいた。
鶏天は日本酒に漬けた鶏胸肉を揚げたものだった。
鉄板餃子はなかなか美味しかった。
馬刺しは赤身で、ニンニク醤油でいただいた。
馬刺しはいつも脂のあるふたえごを食べていたが
赤身もわるくなかった。
醤油は九州醤油と書いてあった。鰹出汁が強く
甘い かえし のような味だった。今まで口にしたこと
のある九州醤油とはちょっと違っていた。
