お初で伺ったのですが、実は昔から美味しいとオススメされてたお店です。
東国三社詣りの帰り、お店を探していた時にちょうど近くを通りかかり
早めの時間なら予約なしで行けるかも、と立ち寄ってみました。
思った通り駐車場にはまだ空きがまだあり、メニューは限定されるけど入れるとのこと。
良いタイミングでした♪
小上がりになった畳の上にイスとテーブルが置いてあり、日本料理とはいえとてもカジュアル。
この時期はまだ寒いのでひざ掛けが用意してあり、心遣いが感じられます。
個室ではありませんが、仕切りがあるので安心してお喋りできます（笑）。
お料理はコースになっていて、お刺身付は事前予約制とのことですので
3500円のコースをお願いしました。
季節の茶わん蒸しは、チーズが入った和風だし。
こちらのお店の名物の里芋のいも万十、レンコンのサラダも美味しい！
お肉かお魚か選べたので、私はお魚で友人はお肉にしました。
京白味噌の包み焼きはもちろん美味しかったのですが、
秀麗豚のハリハリ鍋にすれば良かったとちょっと後悔しました（笑）。
茨城は豚肉も美味しいんですよね。
デザートのカボチャも、江戸崎かぼちゃかな？美味しかったです。
お野菜豊富な土地ですから鮮度の良いお野菜ばかりでうれしい！
素材の味を美味しく食べる方法をよく知っていて、流石です。
お店の名前にもある蓮根料理もさることながら、地元の豊富な食材で
こんな美味しいお料理になるんだなぁと感心するばかりです。
コロナの影響でしょうか、今回は予約なしですんなり入店出来てラッキーでしたが
また予約しないと食べられない人気店に戻っていくのかもしれないですね。
近くにあったら、通いたいお店です。
